Challenge: 12 Markets, 500+ Localized Assets, One Production Budget

Diablo Chairs needed to launch across 12 European markets with more than 500 localized assets — and to do it fast. Through traditional production, this scope would have inflated the budget far beyond what a multi-market performance campaign can absorb, while leaving timing and visual consistency dangerously exposed.

We built a dedicated generative video and image pipeline anchored in the brand’s own packshots, guaranteeing 100% product accuracy across every market. The pipeline was tuned for volume without compromising premium feel — and to localize quickly across languages, formats, and channels

The pipeline delivered 150 videos and 350 statics across 12 markets in record time. Each market launched with locally adapted creative that retained the same premium look, while the product itself remained unmistakably Diablo across every frame.
